This sweet sterling silver heart ring is completely hand fabricated, size 8.5, ready to ship. It features a blue-green turquoise heart I set in gorgeous gallery wire. The backing is a solid sterling silver heart I hand fabricated, and I forged the band with a simple helix infinity pattern wire.
